Skip / Cancel / Reschedule Policies

As Sparkling Queens continues to grow and expand its mission to spark joy in your home with the best cleaning professionals, we’ve decided to update our cancellation/no-show policy to deliver the best service possible through a happy team. Our cleaners are the foundation of our company. To maintain a reputable team, we must provide each cleaning tech with consistency in their daily schedules to prevent loss of wages.

Our Policies

DEEP/GENERAL CLEANINGS, 1ST TIME CLEANINGS AND MOVE-IN/OUT CLEANINGS:

  • At least 48 business hours' notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
  • If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 business hours in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
  • Cancelations also include: 
    • Unable to gain access to enter home
    • No running water
    • No electricity
    • Other service providers (such as but not limited to painters, construction crew, carpet cleaners, pest control, etc.)
    • No working A/C or heat

NOTICE FOR RECURRING CLIENTS:

  • Skip Fee of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services are subject to an additional fee added to the following cleaning service as it will require additional time:
    • Weekly: $15.00
    • Bi-weekly: $20.00
    • Monthly: $40.00

NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE?

      • We understand life happens, and there are times when changes occur. We do require 48 business hours notice of any reschedules in order to have time to fill your sparkler's schedule. If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be made within 5 business days of your originally scheduled service.
      • Reschedules made 5 business days out of the original service date are subject to the fee of $10 for each week outside of the regular recurring schedule.
      • Rescheduling your cleaning appointment does not change your recurring schedule. If you move your scheduled Monday cleaning, to the following Friday, your next cleaning will still fall on the scheduled Monday.
      • If a cleaning appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
